MARMALADE
Recently I have been having fun making marmalade using a recipe from Delia Smith's Winter Recipe book. Although it took a long while most of the time it doesn't actually need you to do anything except let it quietly boil. I ended up with 10 jars and it tastes great - especially on fresh wholemeal toast - yum!
I struggled to find labels for my jars until I found a great online shop:
